Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

For software products, we do not offer refunds. We only do replacements for non-working licenses. If your license does not work, we’ll help you troubleshoot the issue and if everything fails, we’ll replace it with a new one. Given the nature of the products, a refund is not possible in any condition. We expect you to clear all your doubts and queries with us and make an informed decision before purchasing any product.

For the exchange of products, we charge a 30% restocking fee.
